Concept development and technical coordination for HVAC and utility infrastructure.

Comfort, process and utility duties were separated so that ventilation, heat rejection, water demand and production conditions could be assessed against the operational requirements of the facility.

MEP technical leadership and design management for a complex high-rise development.

The engineering strategy addressed static head, pressure breaks, central-plant capacity and distribution routes as connected design decisions rather than isolated discipline calculations.
