Relevant CIBSE Guides, BS EN standards, BSRIA guidance, applicable Georgian requirements and ASHRAE criteria where the project basis adopts them.

Design temperatures, diversity, occupancy, operating hours and resilience assumptions are recorded before plant is selected. Vendor data is checked against the project duty rather than accepted as the design basis.

Will Milli MEP select the final equipment?

We can define and review the technical selection within the agreed appointment. Procurement, vendor warranties and contractor substitutions remain separate responsibilities unless expressly included.

Can an existing HVAC design be independently checked?

Yes. The review scope can cover loads, system selection, plant duty, pressure loss, spatial coordination, controls and maintainability.

How are energy targets treated during system selection?

The adopted targets, operating profile and assessment method are recorded in the Basis of Design so that option comparisons and final selections remain traceable.
