Terms and Conditions
General information is not a project appointment.
These terms define the boundary between public website content and professional engineering services delivered under a formal written scope.
MM / TERMS / JUL-2026Website purpose
This website describes Milli MEP’s intended services, working methods and representative professional experience. It is provided for general commercial and technical information to visitors in Georgia and international markets.
No professional advice
Website content does not constitute project-specific engineering, fire-safety, legal, financial or regulatory advice. A building’s use, geometry, occupancy, location, fire strategy, available information and appointment responsibility must be assessed before advice is relied upon.
Formal appointment
Professional services begin only through a written appointment that defines scope, deliverables, responsibility, reliance, programme, fees and applicable terms. No website statement guarantees authority approval, cost saving, programme saving, energy performance or another outcome controlled by third parties.
Enquiries and uploaded files
Submitting an enquiry does not create a professional appointment or confidentiality obligation beyond applicable law. Do not upload controlled, security-sensitive or confidential project information before written transfer and confidentiality arrangements are agreed. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.
Accuracy and changes
Reasonable care is taken with published material, but standards, legislation, project conditions and service information change. Content may be corrected or withdrawn without notice. The current project basis must always be verified.
Experience and attribution
Where experience was gained by the Managing Director before establishing Milli MEP, this is stated as prior professional experience. It does not imply that Milli MEP held the original commission or owns project intellectual property. Illustrative images do not depict the named projects.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site’s original text, layout and brand assets are reserved to Milli MEP. Visitors may link to public pages and quote short passages with attribution, but may not republish substantial content, remove attribution or present it as project-specific advice.
External links and availability
External services are outside Milli MEP’s control. Website access may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. The website must not be used as the sole record for a time-critical project instruction.
Governing terms
These website terms are intended for a business operating from Georgia. Mandatory rights and laws in another jurisdiction may also apply. Project appointments will state their own governing law, dispute route and contractual terms.
