Who controls the information

Milli MEP is the trading name responsible for information submitted through the contact routes on this website. Milli MEP operates from Tbilisi, Georgia. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@millimep.com.

Information we collect

We may receive your name, company, contact details, project type, location, stage, required services, project description, referral source, marketing choice, correspondence and any file you choose to upload. Hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as IP address, device, browser, timestamps and request logs.

How Netlify Forms works

The enquiry form is designed for Netlify Forms. After deployment, Netlify processes and stores submissions for delivery to the site owner. File uploads are handled by Netlify under the account settings and service terms. Do not upload confidential, security-sensitive, controlled or personal project data until a suitable transfer route and written purpose have been agreed.

Purposes and lawful basis

Enquiry information is used to assess project fit, respond to correspondence, prepare a proposal, take requested steps before a contract and maintain proportionate business records. Processing may rely on steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests. Optional marketing communication relies on consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

Retention

Enquiries that do not proceed are targeted for review and deletion within 12 months unless an active discussion, legal duty or legitimate record-keeping need requires longer retention. Contracted-project, commercial, tax and professional-responsibility records may be retained for the period required by the appointment, law, insurance or potential claims. Netlify account retention and backups must be configured by the site owner.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by hosting, email, professional, accounting or project-delivery providers only where needed for the stated purpose. Project information is not sold. Providers may process information outside Georgia; the site owner must maintain appropriate contractual and legal safeguards for applicable jurisdictions.
