Reviews are measured against the contract information, approved Basis of Design, applicable local requirements, relevant product standards and the agreed testing and commissioning criteria.
Review comments are tied to the agreed design intent and available information. Site visits are not continuous supervision, and contractor responsibility for workmanship, safety and installation remains unchanged.

Can Milli MEP support a project designed by another consultant?
Yes, after the available design record, reliance basis and transfer-of-information risks have been reviewed and the new scope is defined.
Does a submittal review approve the contractor’s installation?
No. It checks stated technical information against the agreed design criteria within the review scope. The contractor retains responsibility for selection, coordination, installation and compliance with the contract.
Are site visits continuous supervision?
No. Visits are periodic observations within the stated appointment and do not remove contractor duties for safety, workmanship, testing or inspection.
