Georgian Decree No. 41 and applicable authority requirements take precedence; relevant BS, BS EN and NFPA provisions are applied within the agreed project hierarchy and legal context.
Fire and life-safety advice is project-specific. Service limits, jurisdiction, building use, geometry, occupancy, fire-strategy inputs and certification responsibility must be agreed in a formal appointment. Milli MEP does not guarantee authority approval.

Does this page provide a fire-engineering solution for my building?
No. General website information cannot establish a compliant system. The building geometry, occupancy, fire strategy, local law and defined design responsibility must be reviewed under appointment.
Can Milli MEP review a contractor’s smoke-control design?
Yes, subject to an agreed review basis, access to the governing fire strategy and calculations, and a clear statement of what the review does and does not certify.
Does design support guarantee authority approval?
No. Approval remains with the relevant authority and depends on the complete project submission, current law and matters outside Milli MEP’s control.
